Imposition of fees and charges

The City of Mandurah intends to impose the following fees and charges not imposed as part of its budget: Commercial Waste Additional Non Conforming Waste Handling and Disposal Fee of $50 plus GST per approved nonconforming commercial load (non-refundable) at the City of Mandurah Waste Management Centre, in addition to the applicable standard commercial waste charge. The reason for imposing these fees and charges is to recover costs associated with inspection, separation, handling, transport, and alternative disposal. It is proposed that these fees and charges will apply on and from 1 October 2026.
